Hot Springs Mall Set to Get a 60 Million Dollar Upgrade

Hot Springs, AR — In an effort to save the Hot Springs Mall, it is set to undergo major retro upgrades. The property, which has seen a major decline in patrons and businesses over the last decade is getting geared up for one last shot at glory according to the company that owns it.

The plan is to mix the old with the new. “We will break ground on the expansion of 25,000 square foot expansion in late fall. The 60 million dollar project will bring back old favorites like Aladdin’s Castle, Foot Locker, and a cafeteria style buffet to name a few.” The project will also see the construction of an outdoor drive-in movie theater to complement the existing theater already there.

The company is also in talks with Apple, to bring the popular tech giant to Hot Springs. “This will be a huge investment into the mall and the city of Hot Springs. The goal is to give every demographic something to enjoy at the new mall. Young and old, everyone will have something to love at the new mall.
