Park Service Drops Speed Limit to 5Mph on West Mountain Dr.

Hot Springs, AR - The Federal Parks Service announced they will be reducing the speed limit on West Mountain Drive from 25mph to 5mph. The move is an attempt to force motorists to enjoy the natural beauty of the scenic drive and give rangers something to do.

According to the Parks Service, most people that use West Mountain Drive do so to avoid traffic. "We want to see people use the drive the way it was intended and don't have a problem forcing them to with bloated federal fines," a park ranger commented. People pulled over for going even 1mph over the limit can expect to be tazed.
