Hot Springs, AR - A local man, Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. is suing a local retailer he is employed with over their drug testing policy. He says it is unfair to expect workers to work well with others and not test positive for marijuana. "They really expect us to deal with these assholes all day with a smile on your face and still pass a drug test. It's bullshit."
When reached for comment, the company released the following statement: It is our company policy to not drug test employees without cause. What employees do on their own time is their business. We must, however, take action when an employee spends every working day smoking blunt after blunt while working directly with customers.
